Uno is absolutely the true definition of a gentleman in every way whether you want to go on a trail ride, play around in the arena, or go to a show, he really can do it all and with ease. He moves off of leg and neck reins perfectly. Rides collected with contact for dressage or English and also is broke enough to ride around one handed on a loose rein in western. He has easy effortless upward and downward transitions. He doesn't have to be ridden everyday and he will be a good boy the next time you ride (or drive) him. Ride him every day or once a month, he is as honest as they come. The perfect horse for an amateur, does not require constant training or schooling, but if you prefer to do that he is so trainable and loves to please and work. We have used him for beginner riding and driving lessons for adults and children and everyone loves him.
Uno has absolutely no bad habits or vices. Keeps well in a stall or in the pasture, gets along well with other horses and is super easy to catch. He stands great in cross ties, in the wash rack, or at the hitching rail to do anything you can imagine. He also ground ties. He is healthy and up to date on everything including vaccinations, dental, and farrier. Has great feet and does not require shoes and will stand well for the farrier. If you are looking for a horse to throw a green horn on to just wonder around the arena and not have to worry about anything, this guy will do it for you! He is truly a gem of a horse that will make anyone around him fall in love with his kind, willing disposition and super smooth gaits!
