Create my profile now!Looking to offer my TWH gelding for an onsite lease for about six months or so. He is around 18 years old and 15 hh. He is a trail-riding horse, he doesn't show, so just looking for someone who would like to take care of a horse and ride for fun for a little while, maybe a step before horse ownership. He is a very good boy, I am far from experienced and can handle him well. He is good for the vet and farrier. He is to stay at his barn and use his same vet and farrier. I still plan to occasionally visit him but he will be otherwise like your own. He loves food. Husband safe as mine as been on him and we have ponied kids on him as well. The leaser will have to sign paperwork and be approved by the barn owner as they will act as a regular boarder. Barn owners offer lessons at an additional price which would need to be addressed with them directly. Barn owners handle feeding, stalls, and turnout. His stall is right in the barn which is attached to a large indoor arena. Barn owners are champion pole benders. I have all of his tack available for use and expect it to be well taken care of as well. Very friendly and helpful barn. Can trail ride in fields around the property. Lease may or may not be able to be extended after six months but he is NOT a sale prospect. He is located in Wharton, Ohio. Please contact me for more info, I am best reached by email or text.
